            <p>The Bellingham Police Department is still looking for a man who kidnapped and sexually assaulted two women on May 27. Police have now released <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMh_AQxe96M&feature=youtu.be&ref=dev.cascadepbs.org">two</a> short <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W5i1QhuDRB8&feature=youtu.be&ref=dev.cascadepbs.org">videos</a> showing the suspect, who is pictured very clearly.
