Community Engagement, Fundraising, and Awareness

Challenge

Capturing the wide-ranging services, mission, and human impact of the nonprofit Provail in one video.

Solution

We partnered closely with Provail’s team to identify the stories, programs, and individuals that best represent the organization’s breadth and impact. Through interviews, on-location filming, and a narrative structure centered on lived experience, we created a cohesive “essence video” that both emotionally resonates and clearly communicates the Provail’s mission and impact.

Results

The video became a centerpiece for Provail’s outreach, helping donors, partners, and the broader community better understand the organization’s purpose and the scope of its work. It strengthened fundraising presentations, elevated the nonprofit’s digital presence, and provided a versatile tool for community engagement, board communication, and volunteer recruitment.

Spot Production and Brand Awareness

Challenge

OPA Ortho is known for having the finest surgeons in the northwest…but how do we demonstrate they’re great people as well?

Solution

“Meet the Team”. A series of short, conversation-driven videos, shot in our PBS studios sharing the education, experience, passions, and personalities found in each of the 26 partners.

Results

These quick and personal “Conversations” allow potential patients to get acquainted with the individual surgeons as well as the shared passions and philosophy of the entire organization. Along with the individual video profiles, assets were also used for TV and radio spots as well as digital, print, and outdoor advertising.

Onboarding and Training

Challenge

Existing new hire orientation was exceptionally time-consuming (80 hours), required too much internal support, and was not engaging or being received well.

Solution

Leverage the audience’s immediate understanding of a, “News Desk” broadcast format featuring supporting text, graphics, and case studies along with a slightly unpredictable and colorful animated host.

Results

Onboarding time reduced to 12-16 hours in a combination, self-guided and HR supported platform that has been wildly well received and easily updated for required regulatory or policy changes.

Short Form Social Media Support

Challenge

In a competitive consumer market, trucup was struggling to gain brand recognition or establish a sustainable brand identity.

Solution

Create a distinct brand identity that appeals to both identified target markets; an older audience with acid-reflux or gastric issues, and a younger, health-conscious audience that is very physically active.

Results

In just six months, trucup has gone from virtually no social media presence or influence to a following and subscription audience that is number two in the category with an engagement score almost four times competitor average.
