Joni Balter is a guest at Crosscut Festival 2022. For many years, Balter worked as an editorial writer and columnist at the Seattle Times. At this year's festival, Balter will have a virtual sit down with Ann Davison, Seattle’s new city attorney — a Republican who ran on a law-and-order platform — about her strategy to bring public safety under control.
