Rachel Belle is the creator and host of Your Last Meal, a James Beard Award Finalist for Best Podcast, and an Edward R. Murrow Award-winning radio broadcaster. She was named Seattle's Best FM Radio Personality; her food writing has been seen in publications like Lucky Peach, Eater and The Stranger; and she whimsically speaks about food on national and local TV. Her relatives claim to have invented the bagel dog and the tube top.

Host Rachel Belle will ask Marc Summers, known as the host of game show Double Dare, what he would choose for his last meal, then digs into the dish's history, culture and science.
