Cascade PBS presents: Your Last Meal

Sat May 31, 2025 | 10:00am
In-person

Your Last Meal is a James Beard Award finalist for best podcast hosted by national Edward R. Murrow award-winning reporter Rachel Belle. Each episode, Belle asks a celebrity (Greta Gerwig, Jewel, Margaret Cho, John Waters, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Kyle MacLachlan, Bill Nye, Maria Sharapova, etc,) what they would choose to eat for their last meal. Then she consults experts from around the world to uncover the history, science and culture of these dishes — from the designer who crafted Lady Gaga’s infamous meat dress to the ice-cream scientists at Ben & Jerry’s.
