            <p>Seattle's Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center has set up shop in Uganda. "But cancer programs get far less support." Hutch researchers hope to change that. In partnership with the <a href="http://www.uci.or.ug/?ref=dev.cascadepbs.org">Uganda Cancer Institute</a> the Hutch will invest $10 million in a state-of-the-art treatment and research complex in Kampala, which will specialize in the types of cancers caused by viral infections.</p>
