Inquest for Kent cops involved in fatal shooting

The Seattle Times reports that King County Executive Dow Constantine has ordered an inquest into the fatal shooting of Richard Duncalf, 28, last July in Kent. After opening fire on police officers, Duncalf was shot multiple times in the head, back, chest and extremities. The five Kent  officers involved have been on paid administrative since the shooting.
