In Oregon, where they’re still working out details on how the newly legalized pot market will work, legislators have agreed on a 20 percent sales tax – with 17 percent going to the state and 3 percent to go to cities and counties. The tentative deal apparently ends a standoff between the state and local governments, reports The Oregonian.
