            <p>Baltimore police finished their investigation into the death of Freddie Gray Thursday and have turned over their report to Maryland state's prosecutors, reports <a href="http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/baltimore-city/bs-md-ci-gray-investigation-completed-20150430-story.html?ref=dev.cascadepbs.org">The Baltimore Sun</a>. The full scope of the report will remain private until at least Friday, but it was revealed that the police wagon holding Gray made a previously unknown extra stop. State attorney Marilyn Mosby will be conducting an independent investigation and will ultimately decide whether to bring charges against the involved officers.</p>
