Today (Nov. 3) will be a big day for sorting out winners and losers in Washington state, including Murray-v.-Rossi and control of the legislature.
They repealed the state's candy and soda taxes, following claims by tax opponents that bread and milk could be next.
And both rose to victory on the inability of the legislature to do almost anything by a two-thirds majority.
The governor's race is still up for grabs. But at least it won't end in a tie, like both chambers of the legislature seem head toward.
