            <p>Things got so bad in Baltimore on Saturday night that baseball fans attending the Orioles-Red Sox game were asked to remain inside Camden Yards,  <a href="http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/mlb/2015/04/25/lough-hr-in-10th-orioles-top-red-sox-5-4-to-end-5-game-skid/26394089/?ref=dev.cascadepbs.org">USA Today reports</a>. Protests over the death of Freddie Gray turned violent, with demonstrators throwing cans and bottles at police officer, breaking store windows and vandalizing police cruisers.</p><figure class="kg-card kg-embed-card"><iframe allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen" frameborder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/4vTLPopCrqE" width="560"></iframe></figure><p>Fans were eventually allowed to leave the stadium after the game ended (in the 10th inning).</p><p>Freddie Gray died on April 19th from an unexplained spinal cord injury while in police custody. His funeral was held Monday. <a href="http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/2015/04/27/402555819/freddie-gray-s-funeral-spurs-calls-for-calm-huge-crowd-expected?ref=dev.cascadepbs.org">NPR reports</a> that his family and other public officials are calling for peace. "We must not allow an already tragic situation to tear our community apart," Sen.Barbara Mikulski, D-Md., said in a statement.</p>
