A key City Councilmember, Sally Bagshaw, says there are loose ends to wrap up in Mayor Ed Murray's plan to clear homeless encampments from the Jungle, the greenbelt along I-5 south of downtown. She and some colleagues are planning to discuss their concerns with the Mayor's Office this evening in hopes of pulling together a resolution with measures to strengthen the plan.
