Continuing her steady rise since Election Night, she was nearly 90 votes ahead of leader Shannon Braddock in today's counting.</p><p>Councilmember Bruce Harrell widened his lead over challenger Tammy Morales.</p><p>As <a href="http://crosscut.com/2015/11/small-ballot-count-keeps-tight-races-in-doubt/?ref=dev.cascadepbs.org">we reported yesterday</a>, it appears there will be no final determination until at least Thursday. There will be no vote tabulations on Wednesday, Veterans Day.</p>
