In a move that Boom the Seahawk is sure to be pleased with, the Seattle Seahawks appear bringing their old lime green jerseys out of the closet, writes MyNorthwest. The jerseys were last worn in the 2009 NFL season against the Chicago Bears; upon losing the game, former coach Jim Mora banned the jerseys. Now that the green getups have been an appearance at training camp, many are asking if they’ll be put into play as well—and if they will bring back the bad luck that some have feared. Maybe they’ll wear the uniforms when they square off against the Bears on September 27—exactly six years to the date after that last outing. Wouldn’t that be quite the rematch?
