Liberty Interactive, the company that owns home-shopping television channel QVC, will buy Zulily for $2.4 billion, according to USA Today. What makes Zulily particularly intriguing is that it's an online shopping site geared to new moms that boasts flash sales on clothing and merchandise. Read: access to internet savvy and younger customers. Though growth for the site has been struggling in recent months, OVC's 12 million active customers should help it get back on its feet. Zulily will keep their headquarters in Seattle after the deal closes later this year.
