            <p>Two news groups are reporting allegations that Olympic silver medalist runner Galen Rupp and his coach at the Nike Oregon Project, Alberto Salazar, are involved with the use of performance enhancing substances. <a href="https://www.propublica.org/article/former-team-members-accuse-coach-alberto-salazar-of-breaking-drug-rules?ref=dev.cascadepbs.org">ProPublica</a> and <a href="http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-32877702?ns_mchannel=social&ns_campaign=bbc_breaking&ns_source=twitter&ns_linkname=news_central&ref=dev.cascadepbs.org">BBC</a> interviewed former teammates and former assistant coach Steve Magness, alleging that coach Salazar encourages the use of substances like thyroid hormone and asthma medication, to give his athletes an edge. In 2013 Rupp was tested 28 times, which every test coming back negative.</p>
