The building  will be go up across the street from Bed Bath and Beyond on property acquired for a combined $14 million. it will join the slew of other condo/office tower developments that are rising at lightning speed across Belltown. Selig's company is behind a host of other developments that are changing the face of Seattle, including office projects in the works in Ballard and Lower Queen Anne.</p>
