Every news outlet in town seems to have picked up on a report today from near Olympia, where Thurston County deputies checked out a shooting involving apparently minor wounds in what might have been a drug deal gone bad.What seemed to be one of the earliest stories came <a href="http://www.king5.com/news/cities/olympia/Alligators-used-to-protect-Olympia-marijuana-grow-180998051.html?ref=dev.cascadepbs.org">from KING5</a> — who actually has pix of the gators (although the creatures look a tad smaller than one might expect).</p>
