But something (exhaustion?) inspired Sheldon to pontificate to his Senate colleagues: "If Franklin Delano Roosevelt was in this chamber, he would be voting with me [to support the GOP budget]. If Eleanor Roosevelt was in this chamber, she would be voting with me." Okay then.</p>
